Although the 1978 series is sunk, I still have my own vision of how it would have looked if I was at the helm of relaunching the series.

Moore's... thing is included for scale.

if this is in a animated series. while balencing the original's fast pace, clever moments writing and characters, and the remakes politics. I would scream from the mountain tops and say HELL YEAH!!! Make it happen. Cause i hate the remake series cause it killed some of the fan favorite characters, focuses on politics and it's pace is slow as molasis.

cool design, i like both the old and new designs, but yours has a different quality to it, i very much like the shape of the bow structure

i found the new one to be great, mainly because its one of the more gritty sci fi's, no replicators or fancy laser light shows and using cannons in an old school dog fight, i find that more thrilling

Wow, posted 3 years ago and now you're returning to it? When I was a kid I had BSG in novel form, it ended when they escaped from the Ovions. On the back of the book was a very angular Galactica that was part of the original artists concept drafts. It looked like yours right here.
